The Pain Machinery
The Venom is going global:

So... do you like Electro Industrial Noise Terror? I know I do! Those crazy Swedes,
The Pain Machinery have unleashed some nasty music upon the earth. It may corrupt
your mind and steal your soul. Watch out, "The Venom is Going Global!"
Cheesy introductions aside, this is an awesome album. The first TPM album I heard was
CHAOS IN EXPANSION. It was a good album but showed that they were still a little wet
behind the ears. THE VENOM IS GOING GLOBAL is a huge improvement. Songs like
"Fly Catcher" have a real hard industrial edge to them, with it's hard echoing beat and
distorted vocals. The effects on the song are well placed, and samples mesh well with
the track. I first heard the song "System Error" on the Interbreeding 3 comp that BLC
puts out. The computer-generated voice is a nice effect. The distorted beats have a
cool metallic feel. This is a very well composed song. The track "Inside" goes on a
drum'n'bass rampage. It has nothing but fast, in your face beats with aggressive vocals.
It's a wake up call for sure.
BLC found a gem when they took in TPM. They are a group that has great composing and
production skills. They have a great sound and will make an impact on the scene.
This is a great album and I would highly recommend it.
